We have over 20 workstations available for single users/teams, and 2 conference rooms seating 9 or 7 people available for your use.

Our conference rooms are comfortable and spacious, fitted with large screens and virtual meeting capabilities that allow for seamless integration with Zoom/Microsoft Teams/WebEx, etc. You and your guests are also served complementary tea/coffee.

The minimum booking period for our conference rooms is 2 hours, while our workstations and private offices are available for a minimum of 2 weeks.

No, except for any other mandatory government taxes, the coverage and services provided to you would be clearly stated in our user agreement / terms and conditions.

Yes, we provide parking facilities for our users. The parking space is located within our premises and is available on a first-come, first-served basis and depending on the room capacity you book.

Parking is included at no extra cost.

Our coworking space is open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Weekend hours are on request.

Our memberships include access to high-speed internet, ergonomic workstations, 24/7 security, Tea room, parking, after-hours networking arrangements on request, we also offer complimentary high-speed internet access for the duration of your stay and more.

You may customise your space to the extent that no remedial work would be required to restore the space to its original state. There is no smoking anywhere on the premises and all property brought in must not be kept in communal areas or cause any inconvenience to other users.

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. You need to inform us 48 hours in advance to cancel your booking. After 48hours, no refund would be issued. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions on our website.
